Canadian Tuxedo with a Touch of Red

This season I've really embraced jackets (as seen here, here and here) which is pretty surprising because I'm the girl who used to wear a t-shirt and just throw on a big coat in the cold. We'll call it "style evolution"... something we're all experiencing! Scooped up this jacket during a recent trip to Santa Barbara:

Pursuit's motto: chambray all day, everyday especially when it's from Madewell! How do you feel about J. Crew's denim? I've been a fan for awhile but feel like they stretch out in the booty by the end of the day. That being said, they've just come out with a new, bettering fitting "stretch" version of their classic styles that I can't wait to try!

Also part of the "style evolution": an obsession with pointed toe pumps. It's a classic style that always comes back and I just can't get enough.
