East vs. West Style: Varsity

A new season means another East vs. West Style series! The girls and I are at it again with 6 weeks of spring trends starting with a little varsity action. There's nothing like a varsity jacket and tennis shoes to bring out the sporty spice in all of us: 

{district sparkle // living after midnite // the right shoes // golden divine // pursuit of shoes // oomph.}

I love how we all took a different take on the varsity trend. When I think "varsity" I instantly imagine those short shorts with white piping that 80's basketball players wore. Anyone else?!  I went with a skirt version for an impromptu day in Manhattan beach:
