Endless Summer

Some say us SoCal folk live in cities with no seasons, I prefer to call it perpetual summer. While I enjoy the changing of leaves and appreciate a fireplace snuggle here and there, I love the fact that I can frolic on the beach almost 365 days a year here in Cali. Over the weekend my sisters and I spent some time in San Diego and, of course, we went to the beach...

San Diego is a one of my fave getaway spots that's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from LA. Check out my travel diary from January's SD adventure.  This trip we ventured to a new beach called Ocean Beach which my sister dubbed the "Venice" of San Diego; it's truly a hipster spot with delicious food just like my home base.
