Working Girl

As I've gotten older I've started valuing things like comfort. (gasp!) There was definitely a time in my early 20s when these words came out of my mouth: "I don't care how uncomfortable heels are, I will never wear boots with chunky heels." Never say never. The same sentiment holds true for drapey-slouchy-jogger-pants or whatever you want to call them. I could've never imagined wearing pull-on pants after the age of 5 but so it goes (+ they're so comfy)...

These babies caught my eye (duh!) during a recent J. crew trip and I was really surprised that they fit so well. I'm pretty petite and typically have trouble buying pants besides denim. The "reese" pant has a perfect slouchy slim fit so you don't get the whole swimming in my bottoms situation and the crop leg hits perfectly at the ankle for us shorter gals. This color is obviously super bright but they do come in a handful of muted colors. Btw, J. Crew is running a 25% off flash sale on a TON of their spring goodies and I just bought these beauties that have been on my shoe wishlist. #ihaveaproblem
