When in doubt, LBD!

I'm never one to shy away from an LBD, especially as it relates to date night or in this case: Valentine's Day. Vday may be a little overrated but given the current social climate, I think any excuse to celebrate LOVE is a great thing. Speaking of love: Andy and I did a fun q+a with the BoxFox team about how we met and when we fell in love; it's sure to give you all the feels.

Have you noticed the cut on dresses and tanks is starting to be more straight across the bust? Definitely giving me 90s feels! I had so many tanks like that my freshman year of high school and we were all wearing bras that did not work with them but thought it was "cool" that our bras were showing. YIKES! I love the way this dress fits because it hugs the curves in all the right places. I swear the seam around the waist made me instantly look like I was wearing a waist trainer. #winning 

You probably think I don't go anywhere without my denim jacket and you are correct; tt's like my safety blanket that instantly adds a casual vibe to any outfit.
